The Framing of the Floor System Pt. 2

Before a floor can be laid down in a new home that is being built, a framework is created for the floor system. Here at Showcase Construction, our licensed surveyor measures the elevation of the ground so the foundation can be laid level. As our licensed general contractor and home building expert, Mike Etowski, gives us a tour of the floor system of this new home being built in Carolina Lakes community we have been getting a closer look at how the elevation influences the floor system.
